Our 3 main market indicators in 2023:

Average Days on Market: peaked in January at 30 days then descended and leveled out during the summer at 11 days on market and gradually increased to 22 days on market in December.

Average Sales Price: rose steadily through the year, peaked in June and stayed consistent throughout the year -- this means: continued appreciation for homeowners and increasing prices for home buyers!

Month’s Supply: started at about 2 months and peaked in October at 2.8 months and slowly tapered down, finishing out at 2.5 months supply
